The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia won the bid to host the World Expo 2030 in Riyadh under the captivating theme, "The Era of Change: Together for a Foresighted Tomorrow". The Riyadh Expo will take place from October 1, 2030 to March 31, 2031.
Riyadh is learning from past World Expos and is seen to be poised to deliver an unparalleled experience that will leave an indelible mark in the hearts and minds of its visitors from around the world.
The capital city of Saudi Arabia has already begun preparing for this international exhibition, propelling major developments six years in the making. Many other giga projects have also been launched to help shift the city's core to the North.
The event is scheduled to take place anytime between October 1, 2030, and March 31, 2031. This is the second World Expo hosted by an Arab city, after Dubai's 2020 Expo themed "Connecting Minds, Creating the Future".
